You can withdraw from all or part of your order. No reason or sign-in is required.
Return instructions
The usual withdrawal period is 14 days from receiving goods, and withdrawal is possible before delivery. Statutory exceptions and extended periods are assessed separately.
Return goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You pay ordinary return postage if this was disclosed before purchase. Keep proof of dispatch. Faulty-product complaints are handled separately.
