PRO Shining face primer

PRO SHINING PRIMER – Brightening makeup base.

Intended for tired, dull skin in need of immediate hydration. The base smooths the skin, making foundation easier to apply and extending its wear. The skin becomes radiant, gently brightened and moisturized. The micro-pigments contained in the product make the skin appear visibly younger and healthier. Does not clog pores and allows the skin to breathe.

Use: Apply a small amount to the skin of the face and décolleté. Use before applying foundation or separately.
